Limitations

By agreeing to our terms, you realize that there are inherent limitations to the services we provide. We will not make illegal purchases on your behalf or represent you in any unlawful or illegal way. Furthermore, you agree that information provided to you is not eligible for publication. For purchases made on your behalf by our staff, TrueNorth Concierge nor its employees or operators will be held accountable for returns, refunds, or guarantees on behalf of the products or services you are purchasing. We will make purchases on your behalf simply to save you time, but in no way will be responsible for the goods or services we are purchasing.

Usage Restrictions

You agree that you are not to abuse our staff, our time or our services in any other way outside the scope of our concierge services. You also agree that in some cases such as purchases and appointments, TrueNorth Concierge will need to speak on your behalf, enter your personal information to create profiles (amazon.com for example), and you authorize for us to use your personal profile information to get the things done that you are asking for us to do.

Travel Arrangements

Travel arrangements are also part of our services. TrueNorth Concierge will try to find you the best deal for air travel, hotel accommodations, limo services, etc... We will not be responsible in any way and do not represent the service quality of any of these service providers. As the customer, you are accountable for the final selection of your destination or service provider. If you are not pleased with any services referred to by our assistants, please contact the service provider rather than TrueNorth Concierge. Once we make a purchase or place an order for flights, hotels, or any other travel related services, we will not be held responsible for any refunds or disputes. It will be your responsibility to inquire upon any cancellation rules prior to booking and dispute any concerns you have directly with the service provider. TrueNorth Concierge will not refund, credit or be held responsible whatsoever for any travel related purchases.

Travel Visa

TrueNorth Concierge does not offer Canadian Visa Application services. It is expected that clients already have a Canadian Visitor's Visa prior to securing our services.

Accommodations

You agree to take good care of your accommodation and will be responsible for any damages sustained during your stay.

Hospital

You agree to pay all your medical related expenses direct to your doctor and hospital in a timely manner. Failure to do so could result in denial of future entry into Canada. Our staff at TrueNorth Concierge are not licensed medical professionals. It is important that you follow all medical instructions provided by your doctor.

We reserve the right to refuse business if it is deemed unsuitable for our company.

TrueNorth Concierge reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and/or cease the service period should we find just cause. Just cause could include, but not be limited to, any danger to health or safety, omissions of fact, misstatements, and/or services unethical or illegal in nature. Any balance due for time incurred will be due and payable immediately.

TrueNorth Concierge is dedicated to maintaining confidentiality of the highest standard to all clients regarding personal information. Personal information can not be used without permission from the client.
